Rice with Minced Meat, Now with a Ring Presentation

I've already mentioned on this blog of ours that one of our favourite meals at home is rice with minced meat cooked in sherry and fried plantain.

This time, as well as tasting great, the dish turned out quite pretty, because I plated it using a ring I made from a strip of food-safe plastic.
