Asparagus Pudding

This is the first recipe I remember writing down and keeping. A friend gave it to me when I was sharing a flat in Valencia, during my second year at university.
Ingredients
- 1 tin of asparagus
- 4 eggs
- 1 tin of evaporated milk (Ideal)
- Salt and pepper
Method
Blend the asparagus, without the liquid from the tin, until very smooth. Add the 4 eggs and mix well. Then add the evaporated milk. Salt and pepper to taste, and the mixture is ready.
Butter a loaf tin or similar mould; you can also line it with good-quality baking paper (some withstand the oven well). Pour the prepared mixture into the mould and put it in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees until it's set, about 30 minutes, though it depends on the oven.
Once cold, unmould it; it can be served with a mild mayonnaise and lettuce.
It's very simple and very tasty. Enjoy.
